Trying to automate something when nobody owns the most important data point is a special kind of adventure. 🧳

I built the MOST amazing automation (in Excel, so no extra tech cost to the client!):
👌The formulas are flawless
📊 The data sources are beautifully mapped
🎨 The final report is like a work of art

But this one critical piece of data that will save days and days of work just... isn't owned by anyone🤦‍♀️
Nobody tracks it, records it, maintains it... it doesn't seem to live anywhere.

The solve isn’t more automation, it’s clarity.
👓 Someone has to own the data lifecycle: when it’s created, updated, and verified.
Without that, you may as well give the process back to Dotty, who uses vibes and astrology to decide what the data should be.
